Lalena Herder Customs (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what this website collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. This page is a local preview. It is not on a public custom domain.

When you use the consult form, we collect what you choose to type: typically your name, email, phone (if you give one), town or ZIP, what you need, notes, and an optional photo. Instagram is a separate service; anything you send there is under Instagram’s rules, not this page.

The machine that hosts this preview may log basic technical data (IP address, browser type) for security. We do not require an account to browse.

How We Use It

On this preview, a submitted consult is saved as a file on the local machine that runs the preview server. It is not emailed to Lalena Herder Customs and it is not stored in a customer database. When a live site is wired, the same fields will be used only to answer your request.

How We Share It

We will never sell, rent, trade, or market your personal information to any third party. We may share it only with the people who operate this website, under confidentiality, or where required by law.

Your Photos

If you attach a photo of a window or a room, it is used only to understand the job. Before it is saved, the browser re-encodes it on a canvas, which drops the EXIF block (including GPS). On this preview, the photo stays on the local machine with the consult file. Ask us to delete it and we will.

SMS & Text Messaging

If you provide a phone number or opt in to text messages, we may use that number to reply about your consult. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase. We do not sell your number. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. This site does not run a text program today; the paragraph is here so the rule is already written if one starts.

Cookies & Tracking

This website is built to be lightweight. It does not use tracking or advertising cookies, and it does not sell your data to advertisers. No analytics script is installed on this preview.

Data Retention

Preview consults live in a local folder until they are deleted. When a live mailer exists, we keep what we need to answer you and to keep ordinary business records, then discard the rest.

Security

No website is perfectly secure. We use ordinary hosting protections. Do not send payment card numbers through this form — there is no checkout here.

Children’s Privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Your Choices & Rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information we hold. On this preview there is no self-serve dashboard; write on Instagram or, once we have an email on file, use that. We honor reasonable requests as permitted by law.
